What we collect
Account details (name, phone, email), profile information for Pros (photo, ID document, services, area, languages, experience), reviews, and basic usage data. ID documents are stored securely and never shown publicly.
How we use it
To verify Pros, display public profiles, enable Customers to contact Pros, communicate with you about your account, and improve the Platform.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Public profile fields are visible to anyone using the Platform. Phone numbers are revealed to Customers when they choose to contact a Pro.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hola@connectico.cr.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to remember your language preference and improve performance. No cross-site tracking.
